  • Can I cancel a preorder?
    You can cancel a preorder at anytime previous to the product arriving at the Dust Devil Toys warehouse. If you request that and order be cancelled there will be a 20% cancellation fee that will be deducted from the refund. Once the item has arrived and we have printed a shipping label the order can no longer be cancelled.
  • Do reward points expire?
    Points do not expire. Here at Dust Devil Toys, we want every purchase to be one that brings joy and excitement to you and your family. We never want our customers to feel pressured into buying a product in fear they will loose out on the points they have earned.
  • How do I sign up for the Rewards Program?
    Create an account and visit the Rewards Program page.
  • What happens if there is a manufacturer supply issue with a preorder?
    Knock on wood, here at Dust Devil Toys we have not experienced a supply issue on any of our preorders. We purposely order more than we list for sale to allow for a safety net. However, supply chain issues have become a normal part of life and we could see cancellations or shortages in the future. Should any of our suppliers cancel an order or short us on the qty we will gladly refund 100% of your money for the item that cannot be supplied.
  • Why is my preorder taking longer than expected?
    When a preorder is listed for sale on the Dust Devil Toys website we use the anticipated release date that is provided by the supplier. We have seen some delays occasionally, but we are always transparent and provide updates to our customers as the information becomes available. Sometimes, we also get an earlier than expected release which is of course always more enjoyable than having to wait. If you have not received any updates and its past the anticipated release date, please reach out to customer service we will be happy to help.
  • What is a PREORDER?
    A preorder is an New item that has not been released for sale in store's. We have been given an anticipated release date by our supplier and submitted a preliminary order. This allow us the opportunity to provide customers the ability to reserve a product that may sell out quickly by purchasing it ahead of time. Customers who subscribe to our rewards program are given first opportunity to preorder's.
