PRE-ORDER POLICY

By placing a pre-order with Dust Devil Toys you are given first priority from our shipment. Products are only listed for presale/pre-order after we have completed an initial order and received a confirmation from the Supplier. We have seen some delays and only an occassional cancellation for a product that had low interest. However, if for any reason the manufacturer or supplier become unable to supply the product (Supply chain issues/ shortages/ weather events, Discontinued, etc...) all orders for that product would have to be cancelled. In the event that this happens the customer will receive a full refund. If the customer chooses to cancel a pre-order for any reason there will be a 20% cancellation fee.  The customer can only cancel an order if the item has not been shipped. ​

HELPFUL INFO:

• If placing a pre-order for multiple items, it is advised to place items with different release dates in separate orders.  If multiple items are pre-ordered together (single transaction) we will not ship until all items have arrived.

• Pre-order and in-stock items should also be purchased in separate orders to minimize delays.

• All Pre-orders are charged on the date of purchase and not the day of shipping.

• Release dates are estimates and can occur earlier than expected or later than planned.
