SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We usually ship items within 1 business day if the product is IN STOCK. If the item you are purchasing is a PREORDER, We will ship it within one business day of receiving it. The items will be shipped first class or priority mail and sometimes UPS depending on the weight. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep you up-to-date on the progress of your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the carriers website. If for some reason you do not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder prior to contacting us. Shipments should arrive within 2-14 business days after your order has shipped based on your location, but please know that all delivery windows are estimates as carriers can be impacted by delays.  If you should experience delays, feel free to reach out as we are always willing to help in tracking down your item.

RETURN POLICY

Thanks for choosing Dust Devil Toys! We strive to give the best service possible, but do understand events beyond our control can occur such as damage due to neglect by shipping carriers and missing parts during the manufacturing process. In the event that damage has occurred during the shipping process, we will accept returns within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. Please see the steps below on the process that needs to be followed to ensure a successful refund.  Should you decide to return a product for any other reason than damage, the product should be unopened/sellable condition and within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery date. There will be a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be provided once the item has been received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. In the event the original payment method is no longer available, we will provide the refund in the form of store credit that can be used on future purchases. We do not accept returns for any reason if the original packaging is not included.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Please contact Customer Service via email with in 14 days of the delivery date.

  2. Please provide the reason you are returning the product.

  3. This step is for Damaged products only and will be needed to file a claim with the carrier.

  • ​Picture of the product.

  • Picture of the product showing the damage.

  • Please provide a brief description of what is damaged.

  • Picture of the original shipping box and Label

   4. We will review the information and provide and RMA (return merchandise authorization)

   5. Place the item in a shipping box similar to the size it was originally shipped in.  Write  the RMA number in marker on the outside of the shipping box and attach the shipping label  provided.  Any item returned without an RMA will not be accepted and will be sent back and shipping charges will be due.

  6. Once the item is received we will process the refund with in 7-10 business days. Please make sure to let us know if the original payment method is no longer valid and we will issue the  refund as store credit.
